I am a director of Karuna Institute. I have been teaching and held groups on Mindfulness Based Core Process trainings and Masters Degrees for many years now. I have also offered courses internationally on issues of spirituality and psychotherapy.
I have a deep interest in the synthesis of Buddhist practice and understandings, with modern psychotherapeutic insight. I feel passionately that our training offers an important contribution and profound enquiry into the nature of what it means to be human. It is my hope that our work can contribute to helping both individually and collectively with the issues of our age.
In addition, I have worked as a Core Process Psychotherapist for over 20 years and held a practice for both individuals and couples. I have spent time living in many different cultures and ways of life and experienced my share of both wonder and real difficulty. Throughout everything, I have striven to live life as fully as I can. I currently live with my children in Somerset, UK.
